Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the satsport platform in any capacity — including registering an account, placing a bet, playing a casino game, or simply visiting the website — you acknowledge that you have read and fully understood these Terms & Conditions and agree to be legally bound by them. These terms apply to all users of the satsport platform, including registered players, visitors, and any third parties acting on a user's behalf.

These Terms & Conditions govern the entire relationship between you and satsport. They operate alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into these terms and should be read in conjunction with this document. In the event of a conflict between these Terms & Conditions and any promotional or bonus-specific terms, the promotional terms applicable to that specific offer will take precedence for matters directly related to that offer, and these Terms & Conditions will govern in all other respects.

satsport reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect from the moment they are published on the platform. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of satsport following any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated terms. Where changes are material, satsport will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via their registered email address.

Section 2

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of satsport is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

1. Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. satsport operates a strict 18+ policy across all products and services. Individuals under the age of 18 are absolutely prohibited from registering, depositing funds, or participating in any game or betting market on the platform.
2. Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
3. Personal account: You must be registering and using the account solely on your own behalf, not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
4. Not self-excluded: You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order on satsport or any related platform. If you are self-excluded, you must not attempt to circumvent the exclusion by creating a new account.
5. Not a restricted person: You must not be an employee, director, consultant, or close family member of any employee or director of satsport or any of its affiliated entities, technology providers, or game suppliers, unless explicit written permission has been granted.

satsport conducts age and identity verification checks as part of the account registration and withdrawal processes. The platform reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is completed.

If satsport discovers at any point that a player is under the age of 18, the account will be immediately suspended, all pending transactions will be cancelled, and the matter may be referred to the appropriate authorities. Any funds deposited by an underage player will be handled in accordance with applicable regulations.

Section 3

Account Registration

To access the full range of services on satsport — including placing bets, playing casino games, and making deposits or withdrawals — you are required to register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile number associated with your preferred Bangladesh payment method (such as bKash, Nagad, or Rocket).

1. One account per player: Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on satsport. Opening duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any bonus funds.
2. Accurate information: All information provided during registration must be truthful and accurate. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
3. Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any security credentials associated with your account. satsport will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any activity carried out under your account credentials is your responsibility.
4. Notification of unauthorised access: If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify satsport immediately at support@satsport. satsport will take prompt steps to secure the account pending investigation.
5. Account non-transferability: Your satsport account is personal to you and may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to any other person under any circumstances.

satsport reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for refusal. The platform also reserves the right to require enhanced due diligence checks — including certified copies of identification documents — before processing any withdrawal request, particularly for larger amounts.

Section 4

Deposits and Withdrawals

satsport supports a range of payment methods tailored to the Bangladeshi market, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, SureCash, Tap, Visa, and Mastercard. All financial transactions on the platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

1. Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits below this threshold will not be processed.
2. Deposit processing: Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are processed instantly under normal operating conditions. Processing times for card-based deposits (Visa, Mastercard) may vary.
3. Withdrawal eligibility: Withdrawals are available to verified account holders only. Accounts that have not completed the identity verification process will not be permitted to withdraw funds until verification is satisfactorily completed.
4. Withdrawal processing times: Withdrawals to mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) for fully verified accounts are typically completed within minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
5. Matching payment method: satsport applies a payment method matching policy where possible — withdrawals will be directed back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, up to the amount deposited via that method. This is a standard anti-fraud measure.
6. Funds origin: You warrant that all funds deposited on satsport are from legitimate sources and that you are the authorised holder of the payment method used. Deposits made using payment methods that do not belong to you are strictly prohibited.
7. Transaction fees: satsport does not charge internal fees on standard deposits and withdrawals. However, your payment provider or bank may apply their own charges, which are your responsibility.

satsport reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal pending completion of identity, source-of-funds, or anti-money-laundering checks. Such checks are standard practice across regulated financial services platforms and are conducted in the interests of all players and the integrity of the platform.

Section 5

Bonuses and Promotions

satsport offers a variety of bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to eligible players. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which will be clearly stated in the offer details published at the time the promotion is live. The following general conditions apply to all bonus offers on the platform:

1. One bonus per player: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each promotion is limited to one claim per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
2. Wagering requirements: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement — a multiplier that indicates how many times the bonus (and in some cases, the associated deposit) must be wagered before a withdrawal of winnings derived from the bonus is permitted. 4. Bonus expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period. Bonuses not claimed or wagered within the stated period will be forfeited automatically.
5. Abuse and fraud: Any attempt to abuse, circumvent, or exploit bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or arbitrage — will result in the voiding of the bonus, cancellation of associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
6. Cancellation rights: satsport reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time, with notice where reasonably practicable.

Seasonal promotions tied to Bangladeshi cultural events — such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, or the Bangladesh Premier League cricket season — will carry their own specific terms published alongside the offer. Players are encouraged to read all promotion-specific terms before opting in.

Section 6

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the satsport platform. Engaging in any of the prohibited conduct listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

1. Fraudulent activity: Using stolen, cloned, or fraudulently obtained payment credentials; engaging in identity theft; submitting falsified documentation; or participating in any form of financial fraud.
2. Collusion: Cooperating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bonuses, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage on the platform.
3. Match-fixing: Placing bets on events in which you have prior knowledge of a predetermined outcome, or in any way participating in the corruption of sporting events.
4. Money laundering: Using satsport as a vehicle to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activities. satsport operates robust anti-money-laundering (AML) procedures and will cooperate fully with any relevant investigation.
5. System exploitation: Attempting to exploit bugs, glitches, or technical errors in the platform's software; using automated bots, scripts, or AI tools to place bets or interact with games in a way that circumvents normal user interaction.
6. Underage gambling: Attempting to register or use the platform while under the age of 18, or facilitating access to the platform by any individual under 18.
7. Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal on any deposit made to satsport without first contacting support and following the platform's dispute resolution process. Unjustified chargebacks will be contested and may result in account closure and debt recovery action.

Section 7

Intellectual Property

All content on the satsport platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, images, software code, game interfaces, and all other materials — is the property of satsport or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the satsport platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use as a registered player in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, redistribute, sell, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the platform.

Game content available on satsport — including titles from Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and other providers — is licensed to satsport by those respective studios and remains the intellectual property of those studios. Any unauthorised reproduction or use of game content is prohibited.

The satsport name, logo, and brand identity are proprietary assets of satsport. You must not use the satsport brand in any context that implies endorsement, partnership, or affiliation without prior written consent.

Section 8

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, satsport and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, or any other commercial or financial losses.

satsport does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, that it will be free from technical errors or security vulnerabilities, or that game results will always be free from software defects. In the event of a technical malfunction that materially affects the outcome of a game or bet, satsport reserves the right to void the affected transaction and return staked funds to the player's account balance.

1. Internet connectivity: satsport is not responsible for any losses incurred as a result of your internet connection failing, lagging, or dropping during a game session or bet placement.
2. Third-party services: satsport is not liable for the actions, delays, or failures of third-party payment providers such as bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or card networks, except to the extent that such failures result directly from negligence by satsport.
3. Force majeure: satsport shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, civil unrest, power failures, or telecommunications outages.
4. Gambling losses: You acknowledge that gambling inherently involves the risk of financial loss. satsport is not liable for gambling losses incurred through normal use of the platform.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Section 9

Account Closure and Suspension

You may close your satsport account at any time by contacting our support team at support@satsport. Upon receiving a closure request, satsport will process the closure within a reasonable timeframe. Any genuine remaining balance in your account (excluding bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method.

satsport reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

1. Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
2. Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
3. Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification.
4. Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
5. Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding 12 months (dormant account policy).
6. Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder or a verified third party acting under a responsible gaming referral.
7. Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements that necessitate account restriction.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, satsport reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where withholding is applied, satsport will notify the player and provide an opportunity to respond before a final determination is made, except in cases where notification would compromise an active investigation.

Section 10

Responsible Gaming

satsport is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling for all players across Bangladesh. Gambling is a form of entertainment and should be enjoyed as such. If gambling begins to feel compulsive, distressing, or financially damaging, we urge players to use the responsible gaming tools available on the platform immediately.

The following responsible gaming features are available to all registered players directly through their account settings:

1. Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit. Limits can be lowered immediately but can only be raised after a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. satsport operates as a platform serving the Bangladesh market and acknowledges the legal framework applicable to online services in Bangladesh.

In the event of a dispute between a player and satsport, we encourage players to first contact our support team at support@satsport and allow a reasonable period for the matter to be investigated and resolved internally. satsport aims to respond to formal complaints within 5 business days (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6) and to resolve them within 15 business days wherever possible.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with the satsport support team, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation before initiating any formal legal proceedings. All communications related to disputes must be submitted in English to support@satsport, clearly identifying the nature of the complaint, the account username, and any supporting documentation.

satsport's decisions on all matters within its discretion under these terms — including bonus eligibility, account closure, and withdrawal approvals — are final, subject to the dispute resolution process described in this section.

Section 12

Amendments to These Terms

satsport reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material — for example, changes to withdrawal policies, eligibility criteria, or player rights — satsport will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via their registered email address at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Minor amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing terms, or updates to reflect new payment methods — may be published without prior individual notification. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to remain informed of the current terms. If you do not agree with any amended terms, you must cease using satsport immediately and contact support@satsport to initiate an account closure. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
