Time-Out & Cooling-Off

Sometimes the healthiest thing a player can do is simply step away from the platform for a short period — without committing to a permanent self-exclusion. satsport's time-out feature allows you to temporarily deactivate your account for a defined period of your choosing, giving you breathing space to reassess your relationship with gambling.

The following time-out durations are available:

  • 7 days — a week-long break to step back and reflect
  • 30 days — a monthly pause for more significant reassessment

During a time-out period, your account is suspended. You cannot log in, deposit, place bets, or access any real-money game or sports market. A time-out cannot be cancelled or shortened once activated — this is deliberate. Section 5

Self-Exclusion

  • Permanent exclusion: Account permanently closed with no option to reopen. This option is irreversible.

Upon self-exclusion, any remaining balance in your account will be processed for withdrawal to your registered bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account within 5 business days. Pending bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
